Local Pick Up and Delivery Procedure + Policy
Pick up and local delivery is still available for our Metro-Atlanta based customers. Once checking out, you will be able to choose “Pick up” or “Local Delivery” as an option instead of shipping.
Local Pick Up
Please see schedule below for our weekend pick up locations and times. To guarantee your order will be ready for pick up, please place order by 7pm the day before pick up.
Pick up times can not be altered. Please make sure you will be available!
Need your order faster? We will be happy to accommodate you and meet at Cumberland Mall. Please choose Cumberland Mall as you pick up location and contact us to arrange a day/time. Same day pick up is possible but not guaranteed.
Saturday
E.F.F.E.C.T. Fitness (ATL) at 12 Noon
Dollar Tree (Decatur/Covington Hwy) at 1 PM
Sunday
Rooms To Go (Norcross/Dawson Blvd) at 1 PM
Cumberland Mall (ATL) at 2 PM
Local Delivery
If your delivery address is within 12 miles of our headquarters and $30 or more, you qualify for local delivery! It will automatically pop-up as an option during checkout. The $5 delivery fee will be added to your total balance.
Shipping Procedure + Policy
We ship only Monday- Thursday (Thursday is for Metro-Atlanta only) to ensure your sea moss gel arrives to you on time without weekend delays. This means if you order Thursday- Sunday, your order will not be shipped out until Monday at the earliest. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Our gel is shipped cold packs and insulated liners to keep cold through transit. Your gel may be loose or more watery like upon arrival. Simply refrigerate your gel immediately and it will thicken back to its normal state.
To prevent any shipping mishaps, we recommend picking our PET jars if your order is is being shipped! We are not liable for any damages if you choose glass and it is broken during transport- as we can not control the shipment after it has been dropped off to UPS. PET is strong, lightweight, and 100% recyclable. It has been approved by the FDA and is BPA free. PET does not react with foods and is resistant to attack by microorganisms. It also does not contain or release dioxins.
