Irish sea moss (also known as Irish moss or sea moss ) is a species of algae that native to the Atlantic Coasts.
It is known to be a superfood, that contains many nutrients and health benefits. We turn raw sea moss into a gel-like consistency to make it easier to consume.

3. What is the origin of your sea moss?
The sea moss we use to make our gel is sourced from Grenada, St. Lucia, and Jamaica.
4. What ingredients are in your sea moss gel?
We only use two ingredients to make our plain sea moss gel: 100% wildcrafted raw sea moss and Alkaline water.

5. How often should it be consumed?
We recommend 1 to 2 spoonfuls a day! Take a spoonful as is or add to your smoothie, tea, coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, soup, and more!
6. What is the shelf life of sea moss gel?
Our gel is always made fresh to order 1-day prior to shipment/delivery/pick up. Shelf life varies. Fruit infused flavors (minus lemon) will last 2 to 3 weeks. Unflavored and non-fruit infused flavors will last longer, 4 to 6 weeks. You must keep your gel refrigerated and sealed air tight to avoid premature spoilage.
Sea moss gel can be frozen up to 3 months!
7. How long will a (certain size) jar last me?
How long a jar will last you depends how consistently you are using your sea moss gel! If you take a spoonful twice daily, you will go through it faster than someone who takes it once a day or another person who takes it sporadically. Our 16oz jar is the standard, recommended size.
